How to be a Member of Bitcoin Treasury Guild

To be listed as a qualified consultant, you must have at least one of the following: a reputable bitcoin-related certification or proof of speaking at a bitcoin-only conference. Regardless of sponsorship, the Guild treats all certification issuers and conference organizers equally. To promote prudent bitcoin treasury management both for individual and organization, certifications related to bitcoin treasury are given greater visual emphasis.

Qualification A — A bitcoin-related certification

Examples include CBTC (Certified Bitcoin Treasury Consultant), CBE (Certified Bitcoin Educator), CBP (Certified Bitcoin Professional). Any reputable bitcoin-focused credential is accepted on equal footing.

Qualification B — Speaking at a bitcoin-only conference

A public talk at a bitcoin-only event (e.g. BTC Prague, Adopting Bitcoin, Bitcoin Amsterdam, Plan B Forum, Baltic Honeybadger). Provide a link to a recording or program page during onboarding.
